Booking policy
- Cancellation
- Cancel at least 1 day before.
- Rescheduling
- Reschedule at least 2 hours before, up to 1 time. Earl approves the new time.
- How far ahead
- Book up to 2 weeks in advance.
A Courtogo service fee is added once per booking at checkout, whatever the size of the session.
Book and pay through Courtogo
If you arrange a session off-platform — by direct message, or paying Earl directly — it is not a Courtogo booking. There is no payment protection, no record of what was agreed, and nothing for us to refund or help you resolve if it goes wrong. Anyone asking you to pay outside Courtogo to save the fee is asking you to give that up.
