For Venue Owners

Weekly Payouts

First payout arrives ~2 weeks after activation. After that, payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week's confirmed bookings (Mon–Sun).

Payout Methods

Receive your earnings via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer (InstaPay / PESONet).

No Platform Fees for Owners

You receive 100% of your listed prices. The platform service fee is charged to the customer and is not deducted from your earnings.

Transition Period

Venues moving from manual to automated payments have a 30-day transition period. Both methods may be available during this time.

Security & Compliance

PayMongo — BSP-Licensed Payment Facilitator

PayMongo is licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring your payment data meets the highest security standards.

No Credentials Stored

Courtogo never stores your payment credentials. All e-wallet and bank details are handled entirely by PayMongo's secure infrastructure.

Venue Payout Data

Venue owner payout details (account name, account number) are stored securely and used solely for disbursing weekly earnings.

The platform service fee percentage is always displayed at checkout before payment. If the fee percentage changes, customers and venue owners will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The platform service fee is non-refundable on venue-issued refunds — Courtogo absorbs the PayMongo processing fee on the original transaction and does not pass it on, so the service fee covers that real cost. Only refunds initiated by Courtogo for system or availability issues are issued in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do venue owners get paid?

Your first payout arrives approximately 2 weeks after auto-payments activate for your venue (this initial holding period covers refund and chargeback windows). After that, payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week’s confirmed bookings (Monday to Sunday). Funds are sent to your configured payout method (GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer).

Are there any fees?

Yes — a small platform service fee is added at checkout when paying online. It’s charged to the customer (not deducted from venue earnings), so venue owners always receive 100% of their listed price. PayMongo processing fees are also absorbed by Courtogo — not passed on to you or the venue.

How much is the service fee?

All online payments use QR Ph (the BSP's national QR standard, scannable by any e-wallet or banking app). The service fee is always shown at checkout before you pay:
Payment MethodRateMinimum Fee
QR Ph2%15 (below 500), otherwise 25

Examples: a 250 booking costs 15; a 500 booking costs 25.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by PayMongo, a BSP-licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment facilitator. Courtogo never stores your payment credentials (e-wallet or bank details).

What if I need a refund?

Customers cannot initiate refunds directly — please reschedule instead. If the venue chooses to refund your booking, only the venue's portion of the price is returned; the platform service fee charged at checkout is always non-refundable. Because online payments use QR Ph (which PayMongo does not support for automated refunds), Courtogo emails you a secure link to provide your GCash, Instapay, or bank details, then sends the refund manually within 7–12 days. If Courtogo cancels a confirmed booking due to a system or availability issue, you receive a full refund including the platform fee. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

What happens to manual payments (screenshot uploads)?

Manual payments are being phased out in favor of automated payments. Venues currently using manual payments have a 30-day transition period. During this time, both methods may be available.

What if a customer disputes a payment?

Payment disputes are handled through PayMongo’s dispute resolution process. Courtogo will coordinate with both parties and PayMongo to resolve any issues.
