LEVEL 1 COACHING — BEGINNER / NOVICE/INTERM ONLY I will guide you step-by-step and help you build a strong foundation by focusing on: • Proper Contact Point – Learn where and when to make contact with the ball for better control, consistency, and accuracy. • Basic Footwork – Develop proper movement, positioning, balance, and recovery so you can move efficiently around the court. • Fundamental Strokes – Learn and improve your basic forehand, backhand, serve, return, volley, and other essential techniques. • Basic Gameplay – Understand positioning, shot selection, court awareness, and how to apply what you learned during actual games. • Correction & Personal Guidance – I will observe your movements and provide simple, practical corrections based on your current level and playing style. My goal is not just to teach you how to hit the ball, but to help you understand the game and develop good habits from the beginning. And the coaching doesn't stop after the lesson. As you continue playing, I will continue to share advice and guidance during your games, helping you recognize mistakes, improve your decision-making, and become a more confident player.
