About Rio

I’m a passionate tennis and pickleball coach focused on helping players improve their skills, confidence, and overall game. I work with beginners and players looking to take their game to the next level. My coaching is practical, encouraging, and tailored to each player’s goals. Sessions include technique, footwork, strategy, drills, and match play.

Booking policy

Cancellation: Cancel at least 1 day before.
Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 2 hours before, up to 1 time. Rio approves the new time.
How far ahead: Book up to 2 weeks in advance.

A Courtogo service fee is added once per booking at checkout, whatever the size of the session.

If you arrange a session off-platform — by direct message, or paying Rio directly — it is not a Courtogo booking. There is no payment protection, no record of what was agreed, and nothing for us to refund or help you resolve if it goes wrong. Anyone asking you to pay outside Courtogo to save the fee is asking you to give that up.
