Welcome to the Morning Mist Village Tennis Court Our Tennis Court Policy: Outdoor Tennis Court Usage – Morning Mist Village, Uptown, Cagayan de Oro City • The tennis court is primarily for residents in good standing of Morning Mist Village. • Non residents and guests may use the court Mondays to Thursdays, except on legal holidays. • Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are reserved for the exclusive use of MMV residents. Restrictions: • Boarders, friends of residents, delinquent MMVHOA members, and non residents are not permitted to use the court on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays. Definition of Residents in Good Standing: Residents who are up to date with monthly dues and compliant with MMVHOA village policies.
